The Full Story
I couldn't imagine a life without writing.
In elementary school, I was the first to memorize and recite the longest poems, or the one who could be found reading Shel Silverstein on the school bus.
In high school, I tried not being that person. I pretended that perfect metaphors didn't give me goosebumps and that I partied on weekends instead of reading Sylvia Plath in my bedroom.
In college, I told myself I wanted to be a doctor until I took my first writing class.
And now, I'm here. Acknowledging that words and stories flow through my veins and I'm not running from it anymore. I am an author and a full-time content writer.
How scary is it to be the one thing you once prayed not to be?
